After the Fort
Lauderdale boat show Viking Yachts asked us to install a teak sole in one of their 63' sport cruisers. The new boat had been sold to a client from Venezuela and the client wanted the carpet removed and teak installed to match what was already existing in the galley and part of the helm station. Naturally we had a very limited time frame in which to accomplish our work and had to work around lots of other craftsmen doing
additional work per the owners requirements.

Our crew worked
through two weekends in order to
install all of the wood and get it varnished in time. Twelve calender days is pretty quick for a job like this. Viking is a good customer for us so we turned to and got it done in time.

It's not very common for us to install a solid
teak sole. People usually want a teak and holly sole.

The
floor came out
nicely and we
hope that the owner is very happy with it.
